We enjoy living here, it’s a beautiful property, the amenities are great, the staff is very helpful and kind, the service provided by maintenance is outstanding and the people are friendly. We recommend living here.

If you're looking for a place to call your home, then Aventura at Contee Crossing is the place you should be. From the property to the staff, everything and everyone are awesome. I've been here since this property was built and I'm just as excited and thankful to be here as I was over 12 years ago, and that says a lot. I've always been treated with respect. The entire staff is so nice, helpful, and always trying to find the next best thing or event they can offer to the residents to make our stay memorabke. We also have the best maintenance staff, who take pride in their work. Did I mention how beautiful this place is? We have the most beautiful courtyards. My favorite is the Zen Garden, so serene.

"I love my apartment, I have used the gym a couple of times, love the convenience of not having to go far to Exercise, go to a supermarket, restaurant, etc. The grounds are well kept. It is not noisy at all. staff are all friendly and professional. I have been here a little over 3 months, and feel like I have always been here!"
